Who is Martin Lerchner?

Martin Lerchner was born in 1976 in Lungau/Salzburg. After completion of the business academy in 1995 in Tamsweg, he moved to Munich to comply with his youth’s passion IT software development.

He carried out the development of a software company with a partner and several employees, with the subsequent sale of the company in 2003. In the subsequent four years he traveled the world with extensive meditation stays mainly in Asia (India) and also working in social company projects.

Lerchner returned to Europe in 2007 and in 2010 he earned a MBA degree at the Turku University of Applied Sciences in Finland. The emphasis of his MBA was put in Leadership 3.0, a holistic paradigm in business management. He could optimally combine in his work, the entrepreneurial experience with holistic skills gained. The constructed Think Tank for experts in holistic leadership and transformation provides a platform for dialogue on relevant issues.

Martin Lerchner currently lives in Singapore and Berlin with his life partner.
