Testimonial from Сustomer

“Dr. Z demonstrated strong strategic thinking, innovative ability and entrepreneurial action. He established a new, successful business segment for the (confidential), which today contributes to a significant part of the result.”

Situation (Challenge)

The handling and logistics specialist (confidential) was acquired four years earlier by logistics-holding and had a significant need for transformation and change management. After years of declining results, the company has been achieving record results since 2022 thanks to my successful work.

Solution (Achievement)

As a result of the extensive restructuring and the development of new business areas, annual turnover increased by around a third. The company’s profit tripled. With my team, I built and commissioned a multi-user logistics center for customers such as BASF and Roche on time and on budget. With its level of digitalization, photovoltaics for CO2 reduction and the highest safety standards for hazardous goods, it sets standards. As HR manager, I developed a modern HR management system and established modern recruiting processes and personnel development programs. I also introduced new salary models and further developed the corporate culture.
I was able to score points with a very good reference, a full bonus and several salary increases. The annual reports also show an increase in earnings from “red figures” to “record results” over the course of my tenure.
