Restructuring

Another project aims to restructure a division within a company-wide change project. The Interim Manager assumes the role of shadow manager of the area manager. This enables the area manager to concentrate on daily operations. He is present at all events as a participant; however the strategy development and implementation are carried out by the Interim Manager. The project is completed when all measures have been implemented and the area manager is established in the new structure. Depending on its scope, this project lasts between one and two years.
