Mental and organizational team building

In other parallel projects we are asked to set up committees and teams. This usually starts with a kick-off outside the company’s headquarters. After team educational activities with a co-trainer, organizational structures and schedules will be developed with the participants. Within these many workshops, the responsible leaders of the business units will arise, if they are not already established a priori.

It is usually the case that the employed management is busy with the daily operations, and therefore they call an Interim Manager for an upcoming area restructuring / development. The task is completed after the area is established, and the personnel are familiar with the new processes.
