• Experienced GM of large Corporate hotels (500-1000)
• Over 30 years of experience with large branded hotels
• A confident ‘people person’ who drives results through building a team and delivering results
• Culturally aware and experienced with managing different ethnicities in harmony
• Able to manage owner/operator/stakeholder relationships
• Hotel opening and refurbishment projects in UK and Asia
• A driver of productivity improvement – particularly in housekeeping and operational areas
• A history of high performance and success
• Exceptional personal presentation and diplomatic abilities
• Financially astute and cost/results orientated
• Strong Sales and Marketing and social media skills
