Creating excellence centers

What is at stake in a project is to create excellence centers. Due to company-wide mergers, management board decisions focus on bundling the know-how in centers, in order to concentrate on core competences and to avoid redundancies. After a few weeks of concept development, the core competences will be analyzed and defined accordingly. This process lasts several months with many meetings. Finally various excellence centers are defined and established with a manager.
