- Project management experience in numerous M & A topics – from technical due
diligence to complex / multi-year integration projects - Global sales responsibility for a software business of EUR 1 billion with growth
of up to 50 +% YoY (1,000 employees, 70 direct reports) - Successful implementation of strategic technology projects, including project
redevelopment, primarily in the banking and insurance sectors - Experience in defining and implementing market introduction strategies, primarily
in emerging markets BRICS and ASEAN - Communication experience and training at board level, as well as with press and
analysts

- Expertise in the development and restructuring of regional and global sales structures
